The corn is covering the lobsters, and we're covering the corn to get ready for
putting the steamers on ...

Steamers are in the trays, and on go the burlap bag covers ....

Add a little seawater to generate steam ....

Carefully putting the big canvas tarp over everything .....

Done !!! Now we wait while the food cooks --- time for some drinks!!

It doesn't look like much, but there are 119 lobsters, hundreds of clams and
ears of corn under that tarp - the anticipation mounts.....

Dinner is cooking -
